The Pallet Pal 360° Air is a pneumatic palletizer that makes loading and unloading pallets faster, safer and easier. A heavy-duty airbag automatically lowers or raises the platform as boxes are added to or removed from pallets. A turntable allows nearside loading and unloading. The unique design offers workers complete 360° access to loads. Because all of the unit’s components are contained within the diameter of the turntable ring, there are no obstructions or projections to create “reach-over” zones found on many competitive units. Pallet Pal 360 Air Pneumatic Palletizer Features:
Heavy-duty reinforced airbag.
Low-friction bearing supported turntable for near-side loading and unloading.
Portable – Requires no electrical power. Simply inflate the airbag with shop air or a portable compressor and use it anywhere.
Fork channels for relocation by fork truck.
Leveling feet (optional) allow use on sloping or uneven floors.
Designed for use where pallet loads vary widely and are changed frequently. The airbag spring combination provides virtually linear response, and the spring provides a measure of safety by supporting the unloaded turntable in the event of accidental air loss from the airbag. Fittings and tubing are simple with only two connections. The unit is equipped with fork pockets for easy relocation and to provide a stable base that does not require lagging.
Options:
Adjustable Feet – Four adjustable feet to provide up to 4″ under clearance for leveling unit
Black Phenolic Cover – lays under rotator ring, with foam spacers
Rotator Ring Disc Cover -12-gauge solid steel cover, assists in applications involving pallets with minor damage
Rotator Locking Kit – Manual locking attachment, shipped loose for field mounting to suit application
Casters – two swivel and two rigid textile casters with foot operated floor lock; to be used when PalletPal is empty; mounted to ends for fork pockets. Fork pockets are not useable with caster option. With casters, please ass 1½” to low height
Semi-Live Skid Arrangement – includes two steel fixed wheels on one end of base frame and skid spotter with two steel wheels and pull plate on opposite end; to be used when PalletPal is empty. Please add ¾” to low height.
Bellows Accordion Skirting (black or yellow).
